Dolphin Browser

What is the difference between Dolphin Browser HD, Mini, and Regular?

Seen the 3 in the market place they all say the same damn thing in details just wanted to know if there is a difference

Well, I can't access the Appbrain site at work but I seem to recall the descriptions indicating that HD is for 2.x devices and regular is for older devices. Not sure about Mini but it seemed like a small footprint version.

I wonder the same thing. I will tell you that I just started using the mini version since it came out of beta and I think it's better than the HD version. It just feels snappier, has less issues with sites and the ergonomics just work more naturally to me. The HD version is solid, no complaints, but the mini seems better to me.

My advice, hit menu and set the browser to full screen all of the time. Any time you need the url just tap Menu. Set your bookmarks and speed dials by long pressing the urls, and you'll be good to go..

Mini is basically just a cut down version of HD. HD has all the features and Mini has some but is quite a bit faster. I use both.

I have always preferred dolphin browser hd because of the ui & this one doesn't feel that much off. The only crash I had was during setup when I selected set as default, but I launched it again. Going through setup the second time showed set as default was already checked so I unchecked it & guess what... crash. Third time I ignored it & all was fine. I went to setting & set as default that way & it works. This is a whole lot faster. I'm loving it so far. Great find & thanks for the link.
