Dolphin to Chrome Browser

Ok so I would like to switch from Dolphin Browser to Chrome. But I would like to know is how do I take my bookmarks from Dolphin and import them into chrome via my phone, since I don't have a computer?

If you've not solved yet your problem you might be interested in an unpolished work-around
Export from a Android browser (it's easy) and import to another Android browser (that's the problem).

I'm using a HTML file with a list of bookmarks as links/shortcuts ... and the file is bookmarked on my browser.
