I have been having 3g issues lately in my area and they were apparently reported two days ago, well I have been having this issue going on 4 days now. I call sprint up today and let them know I am having issues the lady tells me that they will give me a $40 credit, for all my phones on the line (5 phones). I said ok thats fine but when will the service be back up, they didn't know so ok whatever I'll take the credit and be done.
No credit added to my account about 1hr later after I go pay my bill. I call them up and they say they can't give me a $40 credit, but they will give me $10 for the issues. So it goes from $40 to $10 awesome! I hate being told one thing only for something else to happen.
Im sorry but I pay a premium data price for no premium data and now I have issues with my 3g services WTF!!!!
On top of this they just changed there "premier" customer to gold/silver and now I no longer qualify for a upgrade every year, one of the things I look forward too. So now I will be paying full price to get the evo3d and Im not happy about it. This is one of the main reasons I stayed with sprint, I like my upgrades.
I am seriously considering switching services now no reason for me stay here and get sub-par data speeds. I think I will jump on over to verizon and see how they are.
7 years with sprint soon to end
