Help Don't know how to turn off hearing aids?

Hello!! I'm having a little bit of trouble turning off what I believe is the hearing aids. Everytime someone calls me the phone says "Incoming call from _______", also happens when I receive a voicemail. I don't remember turning that feature ON, so I don't know how to turn it OFF!! It's really annoying. I've been through every single Setting and I just don't know how to do it!! Please help!! Thanks!

Try looking under Accessabilty and turn off Talk Back. HTH.
