Root Don't know what happened

I flashed a ROM onto my Razr and now I can't get past the main screen with the little Android dude on it to get into the phone. It just keeps saying "Loading...This may take a few minutes". I can't even get back into recovery to restore it back to a different backup. Any help?

Do you have fastboot files handy?

I actually got it working! Thanks tho! I didnt know about the touching the 4 corners trick on the set up screen to bypass it!!
