Root Don't know what is syncing

Hi.
I have an X10, rooted and with 2.1
The phone is syncing quite a lot and I am not sure what it is syncing (it has the icon for syncing at the top of the screen). Google sync is not on automatic and I have never used the Sony Ericsson Sync facility.
Any ideas?

settings > accounts & sync > uncheck auto sync or on each account if you press on that you can choose what you want to sync
