Ok, I upgraded to version 2.3.5 this week, and I wish I hadn't.
I don't really like any of the changes:
1. The blue tinge is completely unnecessary and distacts me while browsing web pages etc.
2. My phone seems to have forgotten that a lot of my contacts came from Outlook. There used to be a green (?) icon in the connected contacts field to indicate this, but those icons have all vanished (the contacts themselves are still there).
3. While it's good that a "charge battery" indicator has been added to the home screen, did it really need to have shoved down at the bottom? It's pushed everything else up. My finger now keeps missing the "new message" scroller.
4. Is it just me, or has the text font changed?
5. When I accidentally tap the "home" button too long a voice says "What would you like to do?" - previously the same facility was silent. This is quite embarrassing/annoying when at work, in meetings, on trains, in fact EVERYWHERE.
Is there any way I can revert back to the old firmware without having to download any new kit?
