My One X has gone in to HTC to get the wifi antenna problem fixed,

Phone was picked up on Tuesday afternoon,
I've been following the status of the repair on the website and it had got up to the 3rd stage which is with HTC for repair,

I've just checked now and the website has reset the repair to the 1st stage - 'Request for repair initiated and awaiting device'!

Think i'll give it a bit to see if the site corrects before i start pannicking

If anything give them a call and ask what is going on

Otherwise i wouldn't sweat over it

Just sopken to HTC and been given the following explaination -

"Kevin: its gone into awaiting device as it is awaiting UPS to collect it and send back to you sir"

Not entirely conviced as that would surely be unfer the returned section but good news that its fixed (hopefully) and on its way back to me

That person was telling the truth, exact same thing happened to me

Glad you've nearly got it back and hope it's fixed

Got mine back today after dropping it and smashing the screen, felt lost without it

Yup it moved to the return stage last night so hopefully getting it back today but probably monday,

Yup fingers crossed they've fixed it and i dont have to send it off again

Mine was picked up Monday, returned Wednesday lunchtime. It was fully wiped (including internal storage) - but now I have fully functional wifi! Can get a good to excellent signal all round the house now.

Well chuffed - feels like a new phone again. So don't panic!

Just recieved it back and the wifi is definatly fixed,

not a bad turnaruond picked up last thing tuesday night
back by friday lunchtime
