Dot that stays on screen

All of a sudden for no reason there is a tiny dot that follows me around on my screen. If you double tap on it, it will open different things. Sometimes it will open to the market, other times it is the news, etc. How can I get rid of this thing? HELP!
 
Reload in Safe Mode. If it went away it was caused by an app that you added (highly likely). You need to figure out which one and uninstall it.

When you're looking at anything you've recently installed, or has updated recently as well, look for something that has the "draw over other apps" permissions, one of those might be the culprit.
 
Generally Bixby Vision does this.. has a dot that when you click opens up either market or pinterest to show details about the selected item.
