How do I go about downloading pictures from my "Casio, GZ One, Commando to my PC?

For me the easiest way is via the usb charging/data cable. You will first want to set your phone to emulate a mass storage device or non charging mode. (option found in your settings) Once connected to your PC your phone should appear as a drive which can be accessed via your PC file manager/browser. Find the files you wish to copy or move to your PC and then copy or move as you normally do on your PC. I hope this helps.

Wifi File Transfer (free at Play) also works. You run it, follow the instructions and, using any web browser in your computer, you can upload or download files to and from your phone.

I use Bluetooth. I have a small Bluetooth USB dongle plugged into my computer and I can send and receive files from my phone to my PC. Pretty simple.
