downgrade for mms no data

I have an lg optimus black with koodo and u upgraded from gingerbread to ice cream sandwich and lost the ability to send pictures i do not use data because i am on a budget is there a way do downgrade to an android os that uses mms without a data plan?

Technically MMS always uses data, but many networks treat MMS separately from internet data (charging per message rather than per kB).

If MMS stopped working, check your APN settings (Access Point Names, in the mobile/cellular data settings). Some networks use separate APNs for MMS and data. If the settings have been lost that might account for your losing MMS function. You should be able to get the settings for your network from the web - probably from their website.
