Help Downgrade GPS not working

I have a SGH-I747M ver 4.4.2 Galaxy S3. I installed a ROM and went to verion 5.1.1. I didnt like it so I went to Sammobile and downloaded the stock firmware for my phone. After I installed it everything works great except the GPS. When I open maps up it says serching for GPS and any app that uses the location service wont work. What have I done to my phone. Is there some setting that I have to change

Ive factory reset but still no GPS

Hi,
Go to settings> Date & Time
Switch between time zones and select automatic time and date.
If this fails.
Select GPS provided time and date.
This maybe different from actual time.
Reboot /restart device.
