Root downgrading to a 4.3.3.....help

please help i'm trying to downgrade my incredible and I get all the way to the to the last step and my phone doesn't automatically reboot

Looks like the computer can't see the phone, which usually points to a driver problem.

Are you trying to follow these directions?:

Do you have a htc incredible, htc incredible 2, or htc incredible s? (judging by the hack you are attempting, it looks like you have an Inc2, but I won't move this thread until I get conformation from you.)
