Help Download Android Lollipop 5.1 APK

There are some problem with my wireless career.
Therefore I want to download Android Lollipop 5.1 APK directly on my PC and then transfer to my mobile phone.

Please advice what is the best way of doing it.

You are talking about downloading the firmware for your phone, not an apk? APK is the extension for android apps, eg, .doc for microsoft word, .xls for excel, .jpg for JPeg etc. Lollipop 5.1 is the firmware, or version of the operating system, eg. Windows XP, Windows 10....

Go to SamMobile.com and enter the exact model number in the search box; this will find the latest firmware version for your particular variant of the A7.

My apologies to the OP I missed the fact you have carrier problems. Download Samsung Smartswitch to your PC connect phone and if there is an upgrade available it will find it so you can program your device
