Help Download apps from old Droid

I just bought the Droid Razr upgrading from original Droid. It seems like it should be simple, but I can't figure out how to get the apps I had (some of which I bought) onto the new phone. Anybody know the secret?

When you add you gmail account on the new phone and open the market it should install the missing apps. If not can find all of them in the My Apps section

i actually put my old droid on airplane mode (i use it as a PMP around the house) and ran down the list of apps i had and kinda did a little spring cleaning and just manually reinstalled the ones i wanted to have on the razr - ended up being around 30 or so. after all was said and done, i noticed in the market under "my apps", at the bottom it listed the apps i previously had installed on my old droid - they weren't downloaded onto the razr, they were just listed (and kept track of if i had paid for them) for easy reference. i thought that was pretty cool.

Yeah...they don't auto download. At least not on mine.
