How do I download apps to an Android ZTE device? I'm a newbie at apps.

Either use the Play app, which downloads them from the Play store, or go to https://play.google.com/store (which is the address of the play store) in a browser and install them from there. (They'll still install to your phone, even if you're on a computer.)
