FYI "Download failed because the resources could not be found" can happen when you try to run a sideloaded app that's incomplete or corrupted, and it's trying to look online for the components or content it needs to run correctly, but it can't find them or it's blocked.

But how this error relates to an episode of Stargate, no idea.

This problem can occur when downloading a large application (1 GB or larger) from an unknown source. Make sure your Internet connection is stable.
