Don't need the link, as it is downloading the 771MB now as a regular update on my Turbo.
Update: Download took 25-30 minutes with short verify at end. I am deferring the install until after a meeting... so later.

Finally here. I got it through the regular update -- using my Droid Turbo overseas, Santo Domingo, Dominican Rep with Claro as my carrier. I mention this as it appears all other Turbo owners outside the US should get the update as well with their repective providers.

Installing now, I expect no issues. My Lollipop install on the Moto X (2013 developers ed) went very smoothly three weeks ago.
