I brought a Android Program and I'm in the process of returning the Optimus V Seller. How do I download the program to my PC or my Micro SDHC Card so that I don't have to purchase it again?

If you bought an app from the android market, you won't ever have to purchase that app again regardless of which device you install it on. All of your paid apps are linked to your google account and, as long as the device has access to the market, you can download the apps you paid for as many times as you want without having to purchase them again. I have been using the same paid apps on 4 different devices and only paid for them once. There is no need to download a "backup" copy because all of your apps will appear in the "My apps" section of the market as long as you're using the same google account under which they were purchased.
