Help Download Problem

I tried to view a downloaded wmv file and accidentally hit "always" when I chose a viewer. Wrong viewer not, since I selected "always". I can't get to the other viewer choices. Can't delete the "download" program and can't find another way to undo my choice. Anyone know how to undo what I did?

settings>application manager>click on the app that you said always then clear defaults
