Help download problems

Hi I added the Quickpic app and MX player app Now I cannot save images from internet or download files from emails. Anyone have any insight to tje problem or solutions to try? Thanks

Since I'm just about certain that neither app has anything to do with the issue (I use QuickPic), this seems to be a case of "not enough information".

Im just assumong it was the apps cause the problem started right after installing the apps. If I try to save a pic it says starting download then the browser shuts down if I download a pdf file it say starting download but nothing happens
