So, I tried searching this forum and found nothing...
However, this is the problem I am having, I am trying to download Facebook for Android and the Weather Channel app...
Both are around 1-2 megs in size (easy enough for LTE which has 10 MB down eh?), and yet both of the programs stat that the Download Size Requires Wi-Fi....
Is there a way to override this?

The data saver was turned on which limits downloading to wifi.
