Help Downloaded app not appearing on Android

[Rod Brown]

I have a LG-440n Android and I downloaded an app from the Google (Chrome) store. It shows as installed on the store, but when I check the apps, it does not appear on the list of apps / extensions on my LG h440n Android! I have also used a Google search of my Android apps and also my drive, but it's nowhere to be found and the store will not let me download it again as it thinks it's already installed!
Can anyone help, or provide an explanation?

Well, what's the app? Have you checked on the Play Store app on the phone itself?

Hi, the app is Livedrive for converting Mini DV tapes to mp4's! No I hadn't, but I have now, and it is still available for download! I have now downloaded it successfully, thanks for your help!
