Help Downloading apps

Hello, I downloaded an app from Samsungkies, no problem and found it in 'my files' folder, SD card then Samsungkies option' when I touch to open there is the app that I downloaded. Now the problem is when I touch the app a message comes up to say that it has been blocked and I have a choice to either cancel or zap settings so I am not sure where to go from here please can anyone help, many thanks in advance, D.

Install third party apps needs to be turned on in the settings/security section for all apps not downloaded from the google play store.
