My S7 has recently requested a force close every time I want to download a book. Have reset several times without success. Any Ideas to solve this hitch?
You might try this: Go to Settings - Applications - Manage Applications. Then find your e-reader app. Click on it and then click Clear Cache. Then shut the tablet down and restart. If that doesn't work you may want to try Clear Data. But that may require you to download all your books over and start the e-reader app all over. Hope it works.
