Downloading edited pics to PC

My first Android, Xperia S, (ICS), getting on top of most things but this has me stumped.

Edit Pic
Save edited pic
It is saved to...mnt sdcard edited. (not DCIM)
Album finds it ok, file manager finds it OK
But, how do I get it out of the 'phone and into my PC?
s'pose I could email it to myself but surely there's a better way

Can you not connect it to your pc and use windows explorer to copy the photo's over ?

Should be something like this.

Plug the phone into the pc via a usb cable.
Navigate to a folder called edit or where ever it is and just drag it to your desktop.

You could also do this.

Plug your phone into the pc.
In my computer, right click Sony Xperia S-Network configuration.
Follow the prompt.

You can now access your phone from your pc with no wires as long as you're on your wifi
