Downloading on 4.2.2 on Xperia Z

Since this update ive not beable to use utorrent, or go the likes of uploader to download music. With the torrent sites it wont let me open the extension, and with uploader it will say its downloading, but wont show it, and never downloads.

Is there anything wrong with my phone, or is just 4.2.2?
