Downloading Online Newspaper Fails

Hi guys, I tried to download my local newspaper subscription online however it keeps failing.
I can't figure out why it's failing since I am able to download the newspaper (PDF) from my Evo so it's baffling that I can't do the same from my tablet.
Any help? The download is about 8-9 megs....could it be a setting? I looked but didn't see anything that immediately jumped out to me.

What happens when it fails? I have downloaded several PDFs to my tablet without issue. I just tried it again to make sure. When you say fails, does it download but you can't open it? Or does it not download?

Sorry...was on vacation and forgot to check responses
It just fails. Says download failed.
It's not really suppose to download...it's an online newspaper and when you click on the date it suppose to open in an online PDF on the browser.
Not sure if I am making sense...but when I click on it it begins to download and immediately after I get a download failed notification.

I'd check the browser settings. That could be due to the ua settings or the inability to read the pdf inline. I've come across different browsers and quirks on different devices where some could view inline and others couldn't.
