I downloaded spore from the optus games website, It neither installed nor can i find a installer for the game anywhere, hidden files visible or not anywhere on the phone, where did it go, or what did i do wrong? The game had completely downloaded.

Where did you download it from? If you downloaded it using your phone browser go to settings, then to downloads and it should show a downloaded .apk file. Press the apk file and you should be prompted to install.
