Hi and Welcome to the forums
Yes as Rukbat suggests you could use a usb cable
Or if you have wifi
You could download via a cloud service such as Dropbox
Or
You could set your phone as an ftp server using a simple app such as eshare. Then you enter the ftp address given by eshare into your pc file manager and the whole phone appears and can be dealt with as if it were another drive on your pc
