I have an Iconia one 10 and I'm trying to download a game file from Google Chrome, when I download the file, in download manager it says "queued" and it never downloads. Can someone help me with this?

Hi,
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Settings>storage>apps> download manager>force stop>clear cache>clear data.
Reboot /restart device.
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
