When I download a file where does it go on the S5? I didn't install it but can't locate it anywhere. On the S3 it was in the internet options.

Is this screenshot image not showing up? You need to look for a green downward facing arrow app icon and click on it. It will say 'Downloads' underneath the app icon.

You may need to check 'Tools' in your app drawer to find 'Downloads' app inside there.

I assumed this was there also, but after checking, it isn't on the S5.

I've downloaded several things, and grabbed them for what I needed right from the notification bar, but I'm not seeing a way to look them up once they are gone from the notification bar.

Sub'd. Hopefully someone will have the answer.
 
OK I fixed my photo display issue.

It goes without question that the downfall to Android Forums is that it is not a mandatory requirement to post Country of Origin and Carrier in order to qualify for registering with this message board. Too many issues may be attributed to different carriers and therefore it wastes ones time trying to provide a solution to their question or problem.

Just my opinion and constructive criticism.
