im seeing a lot more people trying their luck at the lower races. i personally used the Supra and for fun i used the Golf. i can get some pretty good times but like i said im not usually in this lvl of racing. my pride and joy is the Aston Martin at lvl6 and im slowly upgrading the Venom which fyi is a pain. the 9ff is the best for lvl9 as i recall so once i upgrade my venom to the max ill go to that.

I almost forgot lol. so you may or maynot know that t-mobile has a loyalty department. their soul perpose is to keep you from dropping them and going to verizon, att, ect. well i called them up just to see what kind of deal i could squeeze out of them. the first time i called i could get the HTC sensation for 249 with a 50 mir and 50 bill credit. i was like screw that, is that what 8 years really means to you guys. called them back and another guy offered me a crapper deal. then i was like im passing on that and good luck getting me to stay. then i called back a third time and told the guy that t-mobile was jerking me around and he said hey man you want the sensation for free. ummm "shock" yes ill take it for free! and thats how t-mobile sucked me back in. funny thing about it was i was in contract still till the end of the year. woot! new phone and i hope this helps some other people out there.

Hey everyone,
So I've been playing this game a while, but this is my first post. For the new users out there here a few tips I've found by either playing or searching the forums: For an "easy" way to earn respect/cash play the random level on the pro league races. These pay 27k and 67 RP for a first palce finish, troll the forums for information about how to drive each of the cars, some cars don't run their best by getting a perfect launch. Many cars benifit from skipping 1st gear and sometimes 2nd as well. My current best money maker is the Koenigsegg Agera R running consistently around 11.850 range. Wins the pro league level 8 races 95% of the time with a few zonda's beating me which are running in the 11.6xx range. Haven't been beaten by many if any other Agera R's out there. Anyone else running better than 11.8xx?

LOVE this game. Have wasted hours of my life playing it. But, I am having big issues with the pro league play. Keep on getting error message and it will not let me change my name. I see others have had this same issue. Anyone know who I can get in touch with to fix it? Or are there any fixes coming out? Is there a support email or phone # to call?

Hey With the ferrari 599 there are some simple steps to racing it.
1. at start redline the car and as soon as the girl lowers the flag to take off you
2. shift right in to 2nd and then shift "perfect" into third
3. shift perfect onto fourth and use nitro right away.
4. shift perfectly into fifth and shift into 6th perfectly
that is how i dominate and get 12.518

I am familiar with the various cars as well as tuning but the fastest time I can get on level 4 quarter mile is 9.612 using an m3. The level 4 quarter mile boss easily runs about 9.48 every time. So am I missing something here?

I have to say that the bosses are very easy to beat once you have the right cars under your belt. I am still stuck on on the lvl10 boss and i have the venom mostly maxed upgraded. you need to by newer better cars to continue being able to beat the bosses. if you cant beat the boss in 3 or 4 runs you need to upgrade, tune, or buy a higher lvl car. i have one car for each lvl and owned most bosses with my lvl6 but had to buy the venom $$$ to beat the last 2. hope this helps.

Thanks for you response. I am fully aware of how the game works and for the most part the boss battles haven't been that difficult. Now since you seem to know so much, let me ask you a very specific question. What car did you use to beat the level 4 boss in the quarter mile? I don't want to know how you tuned it, I just want to know the car.

I think the most important strategy is just to short shift whenever you're losing grip. For my 599, it slips through first and 2nd so I short shift to 3rd fairly quickly. 3rd still slips a fair bit to redline, and then I hit the NOS in 4th.

well if you want a car to beat lvl4 and dont want a lvl5 car to beat it, i would segest using the BMW 328 for the 1/2 or use lotus for 1/4. but honestly it would be way more effectent if you bought a higher lvl car like my fav the Aston Martin. with this car i beat every boss until lvl8 and it is a lvl6. im stuck on the lvl10 boss and im about 2 upgrades with the Venom to beat that clown. on a side not for those who want the best lvl9 car it is the 9ff.

Waddup everybody!!?!? So I decided a couple of weeks ago, while this thread was only 2 pages long, to open up a Drag Racing Forum specifically for set-ups. I've been working on some Level1 cars and have some (1/4)10.80x set-ups for the S2000, and some other above average set-ups. It'd be great if you guys came over and helped put some set-ups together! Hopefully we can get a decent sized community together who loves to help each other and share fast set-ups!

Yep, a lot of shit for one game... Nah, just joking around lol ! I'm having a Brabus SLS Biturbo w/ max. power, I actually beat everyone with it, wether offline or online. I'll be buying some higher lvl cars since I earn couple more... tens of thousands of $, duh...

I've just managed to get 12.41x! As such, thought I'd share my previous 12.42x configuration.
NOS - 2.65s
Final - 2.005
1st - 3.206
2nd - 2.646
3rd - 2.148
4th - 1.836
5th - 1.623
6th - 1.453

Again, this is max rev start. Change to 2nd at 50, then the rest all perfect shifts. Fire NOS as soon as hitting 3rd gear. Enjoy, and if anyone beats 12.416, let me know, so I can carry on fine tuning my setup.

This should save many people a few hours...
There is a better tune requiring a perfect start, but can't get that often enough, and without the perfect start only runs 12.44x.

I just finished tunning my Level 2 Lotus Elise 111s to this and Now I'm running a 12.22s in the 1/4 mile. I'm running the pro League right now and don't want to level up my car just yet! With this I am still getting my doors blown off just not as bad!! If you have any tunning tricks for the level 7 lambo I would like to know, that's my other car I'm running,but I can't bet the level 8 boss with it! It's running an 8.6xx! Tha nks for the tips

Maxed out my lvl 10 Bugatti SS couple months back, built a great setup, excellent tuning and I was losing maybe a two races in a 1/2 hour. Like the improvements they've made to it. May give the pro-league a whirl one of these days, but the luster has worn down a bit. They still need to tweak the audibles more, a 600 rwhp ZR1 doesn't sound like a honda civic .

Well searched this entire thread and a few other pages. Though. I am just trying to get 5000 rank for lvl 1 right now. Currently using my srt4 at lvl1. It does 12.56s in the quarter mile. Though I keep getting pwned by two RX8's that are doing 12.46s...I have been tinkering for hours but I can't get any better of a time. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all, I see plenty of questions about tuning ion here, but not a lot of answers. For those of you that want setups, and/or share yours, visit the site below. The faster everyone gets, the more competition there will be......which is better for the whole game! Oh, and for those of you who can't get faster than 13.30s 1/2 mi. in lvl 6, I'll post my basic setup for the Aston, that is super easy to drive and will put you in the 12s, EASY......and you can perfect it from there (and probably kick my butt).
