Dragon Age 2

NYCHitman1

Gun for Hire
Has anyone else played it yet? I played for about an hour last night and I gotta say that it is a HUGE improvement over the first one (at least on console play). Everything feels a lot more streamlined and less choppy. I'll report back once I get some more time under my belt.

I haven't, but a friend of mine is playing and he loves it. He plays on pc and said it just keeps getting better. Hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as he does.

I installed on my ps3 but have not played it yet. Been trying to beat bulletstorm. Playing it tonight for sure

I don't like the recycling of maps, but otherwise I think it's a pretty good game. You can pick up the first one, with all the dlc + the expansion for about

Many people said it`s not that good like the first part but I think it`s just Awesome

I agree. I think the game is awesome as well. There are tid bits that I would do away with but overall they made a HUGE improvement in the majority of areas that needed fixing.

I tried the PC demo and deleted it after about 30 seconds of playing. Maybe it was a little hasty of me. Tell me, is all the combat point, click, watch, repeat?

Seeing how good the game looked, I was expecting real time swordplay. I guess its the Vindictus making me expect it. Turn based rpgs just don't offer the level of control I prefer.

There's nothing turn based about Dragon Age 2. Are you sure you played the right game?

You do have the option to pause and issue orders to your 3 other party members, if that's what you're thinking of. When you unpause the game, it acts as real time combat, not turn based. If that makes sense :P

I liked the first one, but will wait on this one. Games like this usually hit the $20 bargain bin after a couple months when all the nerds have already gotten their fix.
