Help Dragon Touch y88x - HELP!!

Hi guys. New on the forums, and need some help. I recently purchased a Dragon TouchY88X. Fresh out the box, it had issues. I'm able to browse just fine. When it comes to opening downloaded apps, specifically netflix, it gives me an error message of "check your data connectivity and date and times settings are accurate (-3) " or when signing in it works, and works and works and nothing happens. Suggestions? Fixes? HELP!

Hmmm, new tablet eh? Well, not too sure but you are able to browse the internet just fine ?
Are you connected to a strong wifi signal when accessing apps that need a data connection?
Are your date/time settings set to auto or manual, and are they correct?
I don't know what that "(-3)" bit is, or is that a typo? ;)

WiFi signal is strong. I've tried in different locations to no avail. Time n date is set to manual. Here's a screenshot of the issue

I had the exact same thing on netflix. I had to turn off all auto date and time setting and set manually than uninstall netflix and reinstall.
