Draw/Take notes over pdf/doc?

Can I draw, or take notes, over a pdf or doc document? I know the Note Taker for ipad and this app is perfect. Are there in android any similar app?
 
Hi, ezpdf reader. Hold down stylus, click freehand. Write it big then just drag it to size and move it. Automatically saves. Really happy with it.:D
