Driver for laptop.

İ need a driver to connect my Galaxy Ace 2 mobile phone to my Toshiba Laptop USB. İ have downloaded KİES but it will not work.
 
Sounds like a driver installation issue.

- disconnect the phone from the lappie
- uninstall all phone-related software from the lappie (kies and drivers)
- restart the lappie
- restart the phone
- reinstall Kies

NOTE: do NOT connect the phone until prompted and do NOT disconnect the phone until the driver installations have all completed and Kies is working.
