Driver issue

Hi, looking for help, Have just purchased a tablet android and want to transfer photos and music off computer to my android tablet but I am getting an error message say device did not install. Where do I go to fix this up. Any help would be appreciated.

In your droid settings, enable usb debugging and make sure you are using an android/droid data cable (chargers/cables from other companies or phones usually don't work with android phones) (the cable that came with your phone should work perfectly)
