Hey all,
I'm new to android so I don't particularly know everything on what I'm talking about, but I recently acquired an Augen Gentouch78 and thought, due to a nearly nonexistant marketplace and for lack of anything better to do it may be a good idea to root it. Unfortunately, I'm stuck on installing the USB android ADB driver on Windows 7. When I go to "Update drivers" And tell it to browse the ./SDK/extras/google/Usb_driver folder, it gives me no result and tells me there is no driver there. I have checked this folder time and time again. The .inf files are there along with the sub folders regarding the form of windows. Does anyone have any idea why Windows is not picking up on this driver/ how I can fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
