Help Driving mode

Does anyone know which setting/app will toggle driving mode (text to speech) with one press. I want to set up a widgetsoid toggle for it, at the moment I am using a text to speech button which takes me direct to the settings page for it, but that means 2 presses of the screen and I want one

You could always program an NFC tag for your car.
