DROID 2 Bootloader

I am having major issues, so it seems with my DROID 2. It fell in the toilet even though I grabbed it out as fast I could, it still wiped the phone clean. When I turn it on, it says Bootloader D2.37 Battery OK OK to Program Transfer Mode: USB. I don't know how to do this? How can I do this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

When you drop a phone in the water like that probably the best thing to do is to immediately remove the battery and place both pieces in a bag of uncooked rice. Leave them there for at least a couple of days before you try to turn on the phone.
