Droid 2 Global 2.3.4 questions

Hi --

I have a Droid 2 Global running Android 2.3.4. For the most part I like it but from time-to-time I have problems that the Motorola web site does not address. For example, the "fixes" often require clicking menu items that my phone does not have.

So "thanks in advance" for the help the forum will be providing. And I hope that once in a while I will be able to help somebody else.
