Help Droid 2 Global Text Message Vibrate Problem

I have a Droid 2 Global. I have gone into the text message settings and checked the vibrate box but my phone still will not vibrate when I receive a text. Same exact problem with e-mail too. Is there a way to fix this or should I go back to verizon for a new D2G?

There is another global setting you should look at under menu -> settings -> sound

It says vibrate and set it to always.

my D2G is not vibrateing and i did as yaw said and it still didnt do it wat do i do now?
