Droid 2 or Incredible?

So I had an HTC incredible and loved the thing since launch but recently lost it while at a trip at Six Flags.

I've been looking around to buy a phone and found an Incredible on ebay for 180 and a Droid 2 someone wants to sell me for 150...

I use the phone for navi, Youtube, netflix, and I like good speed and such.

Would the Droid 2 be good due to similar specs? Or should I pay more and re-buy the incredible?

I left mine in the car when I went last year, should have repeated last week -__-
