Should i install the Update.zip as well?

Trying to figure out what could be wrong...

Try putting your phone in USB debugging mode. Settings>Applications>Development>enable USB debugging and see if that works.

Yeah, i'm gonna try it again that way.. "Debugging mode"

Well, debugging mode was just for trying to put the file on the sd. Thats what i thought i was helping you with. but then you said you went a ahead and did it so im confused. can you tell me what you are trying to do exactly as of right now? is the file on your sd card?

This is a PITA.. ok this is whats goin on so far..
I do appreciate the hell out of all your help Thorn.

1. Phone is connected to computer Via Charge only.
2. USB Debugging Connected.
3. Hit up Rom Manager Premium. "Install ROM From SD Card"
4. hit D2.2320-Deodexed.zip
5. Check "Wipe Data and Cache"
6. Press OK To reboot into ClockworkMOD Recovery and Continue the Installation.
7. Press OK
8. Phone Reboots fine.. and then Nothing.

hmmm. when it goes off does it go from the "M" logo straight to the boot animation? if so, do you have the droid 2 bootstrapper installed?

SON OF A!!!!!

Thorn you rock.. i clicked "Bootstrap recovery" and it and then went the rom manager again it it's now updating as we speak er type.

Yeah i thought about it afterwords.. I should have been smart and moved all the photos and stuff off my Phone.. oh well.. live and learn. I appreciate the help a lot tho.

photos, music and stuff stay on your sd card. You should have just lost all your apps.

and no problem. no android user left behind:) (lol)

Now thanks to AppBrain i'm getting all my Apps back :-) not to bad.. I think i'll take my time to check out the themes and stuff LOL

Also this version is rooted yes?

This is weird my Dialer is borked, everything is off my one, and there is a "P" where there should be a 1. (When i press it, it is a 1) Also i can't save my old numbers it says the phone is full on space when clearly it is not. Whats going on?

Wow. I never heard of this. Was it like that when you first set it up? If not then it has to be something that was done afterward (like an app you downloaded or something). Sorry to say it but with a problem like that, all I can think of is a factory reset. I really never heard of this problem before so I can't really think of anything else. Reboot maybe?

No, it's something new i never had this issue with the dialer.. Also in the middle of a call where the normal option to bring up the dialer on the screen it shows the icon then under it, it says "End Call" but when i press it, it brings up the messed up dialer. I really can't think of an app that i installed that would do this since it's all the same apps i've had in the past. I guess i'll search around or see if anyone has any idea then i will try the factory reset route i suppose.

I flashed the update.zip of this when it came out, everything went great till a few days ago when about a 1/4 of the apps I would try to install or update from the market kept failing. So I tried a factory reset, no luck. Then I tried using Titanium Backup to reinstall the ones that I already had, it did fine for the most part, but the apps I was having issues with from the market wouldn't even install with Titanium. So I knew I couldn't SBF back to what I had before, but I had an old Nandroid of what I had before, flashed it, and it worked! Changed my system back and all. As far as the market/app install problems, they also got fixed with the old version.
