Droid 4 question

I have a droid 4 that Verizon is replacing. They accidently sent me the Razr xt912. My question is which one is a better phone? They have given me my choice on which one I would like to have. Just curious what other people would choose.

The Razr xt912, may have a slight edge. It have a 4.3" screen, HDMI port, but a non-removable battery. If it was me, I may would go with the Razr xt912.

I'd take the D4. I had a D4 and a Razr HD, loved them both but a 'regular' Razr...I'd choose the D4 again.
