Help Droid 4 touchscreen is stuck

PLEASE HELP!! My Droid 4 screen is stuck and won't unlock. It also won't power down the normal way. I thought if I could get it to turn off and then back on, that it would resolved the problem. I did the power down trick where you hold the volume and the power button at the same time and it did work to power my phone down. But when it came back on, it still had the same problem with the touch screen:-( PLEASE tell me what will fix this!!
