Droid 4 youtube/browser player prompt

I use to have to tell my droid 4 to play a youtube video in browser or youtube mobile. it was a prompt, now it does not ask me and this was how I use to get around that stupid "video not made for mobile" BS.. i would play it in browser and it would appear like it was a desktop. how do i get that propmt to come back i think someone using my phone checked dont show this message again... :mad:
 
even when i go to desktop site at the bottom of page and then select a video it goes right back to the youtube player instead of playing in browser.
