Will the Astro3 successfully charge a Droid 4 and the Droid Razr? Where can I get an A/C adapter for it? Thanks!
 
Any microUSB charger will charge any phone with a microUSB charging port. The only question is how fast. If the charger can't supply enough current, it will take longer to charge the phone. (Look at the mA rating of the 5V side of the charger to see what the original charger supplied and what the substitute charger can supply.)
