Help Droid Bionic and Motorola Media Link

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get their Droid Bionic to sync with Media Link? I can't get the phone and program to connect properly. I had tons of issues last night and then randomly one time the program connected with my phone. Since then it won't work. Anyone got any tips or solutions? Thanks

Make sure the phone is unlocked and in usb mode and the application should see the phone. I use the same program with my MBP and have never had a problem with syncing or connecting.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times. Reset my phone and the program has only worked once in the past month. I have been noticing that my phone is not mounting my internal storage though which may be the problem.
